Manchester City have now commissioned a sculpture of former priest Vincent Kompany to be set up outside the Etihad Stadium.
The Premier League champions have renamed a road in their practice complicated.
The road linking the center that was first-team as well as the club’s academy pitches was renamed’Vincent Kompany Crescent’, and features a mosaic inspired by his goal against Manchester United in 2012.
The plans were announced by manchester City at the Etihad to honor Kompany on Precisely the Same day as his testimonial, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
