Accrington Stanley and 10 men for most of the second half fought to make a 3-3 League One draw at Bristol Rovers.
When Ollie Clarke’s cross-shot was exploited in by Alex Rodman the home side took a direct. However, Stanley were level on 18 minutes, Jordan Clark bursting into the box to web using a low drive.
Two minutes later Sam Finley broke to the Rovers penalty area to shoot home right-footed plus it was 2-2 about 41 moments as Jonson Clarke-Harris fired from 15 metres after Clarke’s shot had ricocheted into his route.
After Seamus Conneely has been shown a second yellow card for pulling back Tom 23, stanley were reduced to 10 men on 49 minutes.
Clarke-Harris’ produced a spectacular overhead kick to put together in front for Dion Charles on 63 minutes to equalise with a punishment after being fouled by Josh Hare.
Referee Neil Hair took a blow in the face near the finish and needed to be replaced by linesman Andrew Laver. Kyle Bennett hit the bat throughout fourteen minutes of stoppage time for Rovers.
