Hell In A Cell ended in controversy that was large using a bizarre refereeing decision.
If the latter used a sledgehammer on his opponent the game official called for the match between winner Seth Rollins and The Fiend to end.
Rollins had already hit The Fiend with several of the finishers, a Pedigree, a seat, a ladder and a tool box at a fight between the group for WWE singles title.
However, the referee chose the sledgehammer was a step too far and called for the bell to signal the end of the match, a decision that didnt go with the Sacramento audience.
Although The Fiend overpowered Rollins – and even drew blood – that the audience made their displeasure known with a loud chorus of boos.
The evening Hell In A Cell match also observed when Becky Lynch retained the tournament of the Raw women against Sasha Banks, a result that went against the predictions of several.
At a match, Lynch picked up the win with a Dis-Arm-Her after an Avalanche Bexploder on a pile of chairs.
The episode saw two title changes, with Charlotte Flair when she compelled Bayley to tap out to the Figure Eight winning her WWE womens name.
Kairi Sane and Asuka would be the womens tag team champions after Alexa Bliss and defeating Nikki Cross.
Asuka trapped Cross for the success after downing her to the face with a spray of mist.
